The sample consisted of medical professionals including physicians and nurses from both public and private hospitals. Standardized measures such as Occupational Role Stress Scale, Psychological Well-being Scale, and Work Preference Inventory were used. The findings revealed significant negative correlation between occupational role stress and psychological well-being, and significant relationships between different dimensions of stress and work motivation.
